Ted began his real estate career in 2007, when the recession was just getting started. He took advantage of the slow market to really learn the ins-and-outs of the real estate world. For his first several years in real estate he worked as a residential real estate professional as well as an investment property agent, as there was a large inventory of foreclosure properties on the market at that time. Ted states that although he enjoyed working in all aspects of the real estate business, he found the listing and sales of farms and rural properties the most enjoyable. Ted has always been an avid outdoorsman that loves to hunt, fish, and spend time in the great outdoors. In 2014 he took his love for the outdoors and started TN Land and Home Sales, the only East Tennessee based company that lists and sells only vacant land, farms, and homes with acreage. “We offer our sellers the type of specialized marketing it takes to get their specialty property sold, and the expertise to help our buyers safely acquire the tract of land or home with acreage that’s right for them”, Ted says. He proudly states that he built his company “One Satified Client At A Time”.
